The Asetta Bread Co. is Knox County's only REAL Traditional Italian-Style Bakery!

At Asetta, we specialize in high quality, fresh baked products including our signature items...pepperoni balls and stuffed breads.

We are a traditional Italian-style bakery using our signature dough to create two of Northwestern Pennsylvania’s delicious family traditions…the pepperoni ball and the stuffed bread. Around for generations in Erie, PA - introduced to Central Ohio by the Asetta Bread Co. We sell on average 1,500 pepperoni balls per week retail. Our stuffed loaves have become very popular and our selection continues to grow.
Once a treat every Sunday in Erie (if you got to the bakery before they sold out), now available in Fredericktown (if you get to Asetta before we sell out!).
The owner, Douglas Lichtenwalter, was born and raised in Erie, PA and has consumed many pepperoni balls in his day.  He considers himself an authority on this NW Pennsylvania treat.

We bake for our retail location as well as businesses in the area and throughout Central Ohio. We offer quite a selection of products.  New items are being created all the time, so call us if you don't see what you are looking for.
